QCI Direct is a multi-title catalog company that has exploded in growth. The business began in 1983 as a small, woman-owned microwave accessory catalog. This division then evolved into our flagship catalog "Home Trends," a catalog that carries cleaning and organizational items for inside the home. Picket Fence, the outdoor book, soon followed. Rounding out the trio is the Sleep Solutions catalog, a book devoted to personal care and insomnia products.

Shipping

All shipping times are calculated from when we receive your order, as well as the destination of the package.

Our standard form of shipping is via ground from Rochester, New York.

Shipping times are as follows: For Parcel Post allow 10-14 business days. For UPS Ground allow 6-10 business days. For Rush Service allow 3-6 business days.

For shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please allow 2-6 weeks.

UPS Ground is available for $4.00 for any size order. Rush Shipping Service is available for $12.00 for any size order. A $1.00 fee is added to every order for guaranteed delivery assurance.

We are not able to ship aerosol, bulky or heavy products via expedited delivery.

Additional charges and information
Oversized/Heavy Items are often shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require extra delivery time. Please note these items must ship UPS ground, and cannot ship to P. O. boxes.

Our shipping charges include our costs for shipping, customer service, processing, packaging materials and a $1.00 charge for delivery assurance guaranteed replacement.

Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or other US Territories require an additional $15.00.
Shipments to Canada require an additional $20.00.
