Dear Jane,
My outdoor furniture is beginning to look tired and dirty. My favorite tree has left tree sap on some of the pieces. Advice needed - help!

Dear Tanning,
One of the great things about outdoor furniture is that it’s made for the outdoors. You can hose and scrub as much as you want. Just be careful about the scrubbing tools - no steel wool or abrasives. Microfiber cloths are ideal to use since they’re totally non-abrasive, washable and reusable. Once you finish cleaning, don’t forget to cover your table and chairs with outdoor furniture covers to keep them clean and dry. Covers are great for off season storage too.
