QCI Direct is a multichannel marketing firm/direct mail catalog company that has exploded in growth. The business began over 25 years ago as a small, woman-owned microwave accessory catalog. This catalog then evolved into "Home Trends," a catalog that carries cleaning and organizational items for inside the home. Picket Fence, the outdoor book, soon followed. Rounding out the trio is the Sleep Solutions catalog, a book devoted to personal care and insomnia products.
QCI Direct encompasses all three titles, as well as 5 websites and an outlet store located at 
company headquarters in Chili, NY. The business mails to over 48 million customers nationally and employs over 100. Their motto is "Sure, no problem." They embrace this philosophy in working with vendors, customers and the QCI Direct team.
Most recently, QCI Direct has embraced social media with a Facebook page, Twitter account and blogs.
